    Mirror overview download.opensuse.org slow

Because of a database problem, download.opensuse.org currently has to serve all files itsself instead of redirecting to a mirror.

As a result, the server is overloaded and downloads are very slow at the moment.

    UPDATE: Fixed.

rsync.opensuse.org still has issues, therefore we'll keep the status "Performance Issues" instead of "Operational".
